- We accept Visa, Master Car, Discover, American Express, Check by phone, Paypal, Check/Money Order by mail and bank wire transfer. We just request that the transaction is handled by phone.

- We have two finance companies who we work with available. They are able to finance businesses for the complete purchase including shipping, for qualified applicants. If you are interested please let us know.

| Warranty |
- On lifts that are installed INSIDE: Panther Lifts offers a 1 Year limited Parts Warranty, a 1 Year Power Unit Warranty, and a 1 Year Structural Warranty on our 2 and 4 post lifts. On all of our equipment we offer a full 1 year parts and structure warranty.
On lifts that are installed OUTSIDE: Panther Lifts offers a 1 year limited Warranty for parts and 1 year Structural warranty. Weekly maintenance is required for installation of an outside lift- extra lubrication on the inside of the lift and the power unit must remain protected from elements.

- We have a huge parts department where we keep all parts in stock at all times. We NEVER make you wait for products or parts.

Return Policy |
- Payment of freight is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. There is a 15% restocking fee and the item must be packaged appropriately and photographed by customer prior to return shipping. Panther can assist in arranging freight but the cost is the customer’s responsibility. This is permitted within 30 days of receipt of equipment; credit will be given upon receipt and inspection of equipment in Texas.

| Discounts for volume purchases |
- Depending on the size of your order, you may be eligible for our volume discount. Each order is unique and we evaluate them on an individual level.

| Sales |
- Periodically, Panther Lifts may discount products or parts. All sales will be advertised on the website and will clearly delineate when the end date of the discount will be.

| What You Can Expect With Delivery |
- You can expect your lift to arrive anywhere from three to Seven Business days on average from the time of your order. There are certain exceptions so check with us when you order if you have questions.
We ship our lifts directly to you from one of our satellite warehouses and we will ship anywhere in North America.
We primarily deliver to commercial addresses, but for an additional charge we can deliver to a residential address. The additional charge is for a transfer to a shipping company, or smaller truck that is permitted for residential delivery.
WE NEED YOU TO INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING RELEASE WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY. We have a 48 hour window to report any damage this includes both concealed damage as well as obvious damage.

| Unloading requirements |
- You’ll need a mechanical means (i.e. fork lift, tractor…) to unload the lift from the delivery truck. The freight driver is not responsible for the unloading. If you choose to do it manually, be aware that the lifts may weigh 1,500 to 2,550 pounds so you’ll need plenty of help.

| Installation |
- This is a two-person job and will take approximately four to six hours to assemble and install, for most lifts. You’ll need standard hand tools and a hammer drill. In some areas we may be able to provide installation assistance, so give us a call if you have additional questions.
If you need, we may be able to supply you with the names of companies or individuals in your area who do installations or can assist you with yours.
